Here's a basic introduction to creating bubble charts: https://support.office.com/en-us/art...1-c766f3e330d9 There are three quantities that go into bubble charts
1) the X values -- your picture shows "% share of partner countries" as the x values, but I do not see this quantity anywhere in the spreadsheet.
2) the Y values -- your picture shows "% growth", which I can see in your table.
3) the bubble size values -- I cannot tell from your picture or your spreadsheet what value determines bubble size.
Figure out what those quantities should be, then compute them in the spreadsheet.
With a bubble chart, it will probably be easiest if these quantities are in three adjacent columns with the x values in the left column, the y values in the middle column, and the bubble size values in the right column. This is the arrangement Excel will be looking for when you create the bubble chart. If you really don't want to arrange the columns this way, then you can "fix" Excel's default choices after chart creation through the Select Data dialog.
Does that help?

Fixing this should be as easy as entering the Select Data dialog and editing each data series until each field refers to the correct column in the spreadsheet. If I understand your column headers, I would expect you want column E to be the X values, column D to be the Y values, and column C to be the bubble values.
Does that help?
