Best way to represent this data in excel chart

    Hi,

I am new here and hope to find help. We are seriously understaffed and this is not my job but i am asked to do it but failed. I have data that looks like the image in excel 2007, which I exported from Crystal Reports. The original data is in sql server across many tables. The thing now is I am asked to represent the data in form of a chart. What chart type is suitable for this kind of tabular data of excel and how do I go about doing it? Note that i am very new to excel.

I might first suggest a 100% stacked bar or column chart. Being new to Excel, here's a help file from MS for creating column charts: https://support.office.com/en-us/art...0-e9ab353c4c00
