Dynamic Excel Chart Dashboard

Hi,

I am working on an excel spreadsheet as per attached to represent a sales dashboard for the company. So far I have managed to get the dashboard completed for the Company (first Tab) which represent various charts with zone criteria represented by coloured icons (>85 - green, 75-85 - yellow & <75 - red). However, I am struggling with the Individual Dashboard (second tab) which should work with the drop down list comprised of various sales agents which when selected should change the graph automatically to represent their work for the month and quarter along with the colour coding criteria in the zone section.
If someone can help me get this straight would be highly appreciated.

The individual dashboard is confusing, as it shows all sales agents. What exactly are you expecting it to do when you change the agent name?

Hi AliGW.
As of now I have just copy pasted the first tab into the individual tab. I want individual tab to auto populate the graphs per sales rep once I select a sales reps name from the dropdown.
Do you think this is possible to achieve.

Just a quick follow up. The report you assisted me with --> Dashboard Individual Tab, when we select the respective sales rep from the drop down, the graphs are changing but apart from the first graph, rest all other graphs have "Bruce Armstrong" as the X-Axis legend, though the value changes to the respective person selected. Can you assist on this please.
