Need help creating a vehicle tracking log chart

I'm trying to chart the daily usage of vehicles, this is an example of the current data set I'm working with

Vehicle	Route	Start Location	Start Time	End Time	End Location
001	A	X	10:00	10:30	Y
001	A	Y	10:45	11:15	X
002	A	Y	10:15	10:45	X
002	A	X	11:00	11:30	Y
003	B	X	10:00	10:45	Z
003	B	Z	11:00	11:45	X

I would like to plot a chart where the bottom axis is time and the side axis is the vehicle number, with a bar running from the start time to the stop time.

Inside the bar, ideally, I would like 3 labels.

Start time at the beginning, service in the middle, and end time t the end.

But how do you get the bars to float and stack on the same column?
