Pivot Table sum by a specific word

Is there a way that I can have a pivot table that will sum by a specific word?

From this:

If not, what other options I have? Some extra information: I have a report that gives me clients and YTD Revenue. Some clients might have multiple facilities and the report is breaking the information per each facility. I need to bring the YTD Revenue into a second report, but the facilities are combined into a single name. I was planning on doing a pivot table to summarize the information from the first report and use vlookup to bring it in the second report. But since the sum in per individual facilities...is not helping me. So what other options would I have?

I can't figure how to delete the post but I think I found a solution to just do sumif by a specific word in the customer name and skip the pivot table all together.
