Macro to copy specific data to specific columns from a pivot table

Hi,

I have attached two files i.e a pivot table and a proforma workflow. I need a macro to uipdate the workflow from the pivot table. For Ex:
Week : Included in Pivot table
Date : Included in Pivot table
Vessel : Vessel Name
Vessel Code : Vessel Code
Voyage : Voyage number
Port : Discharge port (One by one from the pivot table for all the ports)
Operator : MSL or SAF (From top of the pivot table operator is available)
Tp-Doc's : Total Tp-Doc number (For Ex: In pivot table - Itajai Total is 66)
Manifest : number of manifest per port (For Ex : 2 for Itajai port)
User ID : Bottom of pivot table includes User Id ( For ex : Jerin)

I have attached the workflow which is already filled from the pivot table. As this work is on an higher basis, I need a macro to do the work. Any help will be greatly appreciated friends!! Thanks a lot!!!!!
