    Column format in pivot table

    Hello to all.
    I hope to explain.
    In the pivot table attached anno/mese (year-month) Is not the same as in the B / C columns of the database "vendite"
    In "vendite" is:
    anno (year) = 2012/2013/2014 etc.. mese (month) = genn / febb / mar etc ...
    in "foglio1" is:
    anno (year) = 1/1/2012 - 1/2/2013 - 5/8/2014 etc... mese (month) = 1/1/2012 - 1/2/2013 - 5/8/2014 etc...
    I hope to explain.

    Re: Column format in pivot table

    See the formula is I till M.

    I2=A2*1
    J2=YEAR(I2)
    K2=MONTH(I2)
    L2=DAY($I2)
    M2=WEEKNUMBER($I2)

    And format the month, day and week on 00.

    After that a pivot table.

    See the attached file.

    Re: Column format in pivot table

    Another question.
    Can the values in the sheet1 already be in currency format as in the H column of the "vendite" database without manually doing so?
    I hope I have explained.

    Re: Column format in pivot table

    when you make a pivot table, you see on the right side 4 boxes.

    in the box Value I put the column with the values.

    Click twice in the valuebox on the text som van Value (sum of Value).

    Format Value (last option).

    Value format (on the left side, below in the new pop up).

    Choose currency (3rth option).

    Hope I explained well enough.
