Conditional formatting by Row in Pivot table

Good morning

I have a pivot table set up comparing data week to week.

I would like to apply conditional formatting to each row so that if an item in the row is different, highlight that cell.
I can get the empty cells to highlight, but need anything that varies across the weeks to also highlight.

I have tried using the above / below average rules, however they are applying to the entire table, and I cannot get them to apply to a single row of data.
Attached is a sample where the week 1 time in row 12 is different to the other weeks.
