Drop down options, how to increase number of lines in sheets according to option?

Hi guys, i'm new here. I'm not sure if this is the correct section to post this question:

I have learnt about data validation, creating drop down boxes based on a list of options (be it words or numbers), however I'm stuck in creating a formula or rule for the programme to automatically create lines based on the options chosen.

For instance: my drop down options for the row "fruits" are "1 2,3,4" and if I choose "4", I want my next column to automatically generate 4 new lines so that I can further set another drop down options for each of the four lines, like "Apple", "pear" etc..

Any help, guys?
