I have had calculated fields in this pivot table forever. We just switched to Office 365 and now it is rounding my percentages in Columns R & S on the Sales Summaries tab and I can't figure it out. I'd appreciate any help. TIA

Switch off "Set precision as displayed" in the advanced options

I've always had precision as displayed turned on, because otherwise a lot of my totals would be off because of rounding.
