    Scrollbar controlling two charts simultaneously

Is this even possible, so when I scroll, both charts move - both charts have different data associated with them.

Re: Scrollbar controlling two charts simultaneously

Your question is very general, so here the general answer: It's possible.

If you would like an answer specific to your situation, please attach your Excel file.

The paper clip icon does not work for attachments. Instead, under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button. On the next screen scroll down and click on Manage Attachments, which will show a pop-up window to Select and Upload a file. Then close the window.

OK here is my worksheet. Hopefully it is self-explanatory. I want the chart on the right to use the data on the right, but both charts to move using the same scrollbar.

Re: Scrollbar controlling two charts simultaneously

    Here your file modified.

Your charts were both using the same named ranges to display data. I created two new named ranges that point to the second set of data (columns P:Q) and updated the second chart to use those ranges. Your issue wasn't so much anything having to do with the scroll bar, it was setting your second chart to use the correct data.
