Need help fixing/understanding my graphs and their values, standard deviation+averages

Hello, I am trying to visualize my data in a graph on excel but I just cant geta grip on how this stuff works. My graphs seem okay themselfs right now but the standard deviation and average lines in the graphs does not show/appear
where they should. How can I change my calculation or graphs so that I can visualize my average/standard deviation correctly?

I have graphs where there are only 4 answers and no n/a answers also so I would like if I could remove the n/a answer but keep the std-dev and average lines/calculation correct somehow.

I also wonder if its better to show results for all groups per response instead of results for all responses per group like I am doing now?
