Need help fixing/understanding my graphs and their values, standard deviation+averages

Hello, I am trying to visualize my data in a graph on excel but I just cant geta grip on how this stuff works. My graphs seem okay themselfs right now but the standard deviation and average lines in the graphs does not show/appear
where they should. How can I change my calculation or graphs so that I can visualize my average/standard deviation correctly?

I have graphs where there are only 4 answers and no n/a answers also so I would like if I could remove the n/a answer but keep the std-dev and average lines/calculation correct somehow.

I also wonder if its better to show results for all groups per response instead of results for all responses per group like I am doing now?

The first thing I did was to add the primary vertical axis to the chart. As near as I can tell, the chart is correctly displaying the calculated values. In what way do you believe that the the average/standard deviation are not where they should be?

You ask about changing the calculation. I admit that I don't understand the metrics you are calculating here. This could be more math/stats than Excel, but I would suggest that you explain exactly what you are trying to measure here. Explain how you want to calculate these metrics, why you are using the formulas you are using, what seems to be right/wrong about the existing formulas?

You can use filters to hide rows, which should cause the associated column in the column chart to be removed from the chart. https://www.wikihow.com/Use-AutoFilter-in-MS-Excel autofilter should not effect the average/standard deviation calculation.

I also wonder if its better to show results for all groups per response instead of results for all responses per group like I am doing now?
I don't know. As stated above, I don't really understand what your chart is telling me, so it is difficult to say if a different variation would tell me the same thing better. The best advice I can give at this point is to try both charts and see which one seems to communicate what you want better.
