Show continous Months' Numbers in Chart Label

Hi

I have plotted a chart based on number of days. I want the label to show Months as numbers.

I applied custom format to labels as "m" but it shows number of months 1 to 12 and then starts again from 1.

Is there a way that the label shows months without repeating from 1, 2, 3 and instead show 13, 14, 15 and so on.

Seems to me you have two options. Either:

1) Just enter the numbers 1-24 in a different column and link your label to that or,

2) Ensure your dates are arranged in ascending order if possible. Then insert a blank column next to your dates. If your dates were in cells A1:A24 let's say, then in B1 type =MATCH(A1,$A$1:A24,0) and hit enter. Drag the formula in B1 down through all the cells to B24 and you'll have your numbers 1-24. Then all you've got to do is link your labels to the number values, rather than worrying about reformatting the dates.
