Question Pivot: show %JobsLate, TotalJobs. Break down by Customer

    Hello,

I usually don't struggle with pivot tables as much as this but for some reason I am stumped on this one (for the past 1.5 hours). I would like to create a pivot table as shown in my sketch below. I'm not sure why I've been struggling, perhaps trying to have a % as well as a whole number. Which then messes up the "show as % of row". Ahhh I'm confused! :-|

Could anyone please help me to create the below pivot - or as close to as possible?

    Thanks in advance,
    Michelle

    Hi,

If you can add two columns to the source data, it becomes a simple matter with one calculated field. The first column simply returns 1 if the hours late field is not blank; the second returns 1 for every row. You can then sum each for a count in a calculated field
    ='Late count'/Count
    See attached.
