Pivot table create culumn headings as RowLabels insteadof real columns name

Dear Experts,

I have the following fields in big table mem_pcp_dis 6_2016 in excel format :
-Engaged (1-30 days, 2-5 months, 6-12 months , over the year)
-C_rating (RCI, RCII and etc)
-PCP (id1, id2……id_n),
-county , (Norfolk, Suffolk and etc),
-mem_ID


I open a thread about this task related to a pivot table in the past . Somebody helped me and it worked just perfect.I saved the spreadsheet ...However , when I tried to recreate it from scratch now it worked in very different manner. The thing is that for some reason Pivot table does not create column heading anymore. In other words, instead of engaged, c_rating, PCP, county it create RowLabesl and all fields values are created under this single label. An only exception is member_id filed (which is count field)

I broke my head trying to understand what happened as I do everything exactly as I did in the past. I have a feeling that it is about setting but try as I might I was unable to find what is the matter

Could you please give me a hand?

OMG I mistakenly marked it like that. I meant that 2016th thread was resolved. Sorry about the confusion. I just mentioned and mean 2016 thread in order to illustrate the point that the same logic produced
different results /formatting.

I do have last year table and recent one.
