    Real Value in Pivot Table

I would like to show real values and no calculation in my pivot table. My database consist of "Y", "N", "X" or a number 5.6 I do not need the table to calculate.
I am using the table to show frequencies.
    Example:

    Desc Boat1 Boat2 Boat3
    CSI 5.60% 5% 3.50%
    engine X X X
    pictures Y N Y

    Is this possible?

Re: Real Value in Pivot Table

Hi, look like you don't want use count, sum, average ..etc , there is feature of povit
you just want list data in cross table

but if you have 2 lines
    (
    examples line1 Boat1 , CSI , 5.6%
    line2 Boat1 , CSI , 5.0%
how to fill there data in your table ?

if you ensure that can't be happened
use Index , Match Function to return the layout is more better .

Re: Real Value in Pivot Table

As you might have seen, I had a thread with the same question. I quite of solved mine by just putting the column of which I want the real values at the row labels. It is not exactly what I want, but maybe it is for you. You can also make it a tabular form, to get a better overview.

Good luck. After a lot of google and youtube work, this might be the best solution instead of taking the long road and making a table manually.
