Line Charts not extending to edge of plot area

I am using Excel 2013 and for some reason my lines in charts stopped extending all the way to the edges of the plot area and are leaving a small blank area next to the y axis and on the opposite end. My data selections are all correct and I have several similar graphs that all of the sudden started doing the same thing in this workbook. I've attached a picture. Any suggestions?

Format horizontal axis and set Axis position to On Tick Marks

First make sure the secondary axis is enabled so you can format it. The apply the same setting to the secondary axis.

If that does not work start a new thread and attach an example workbook to illustrate your problem.

What about for Charts that also have a secondary axis? That tip fixed the gap between the data and the primary but did not for the secondary. I am also not seeing the same option that fixed the primary gap for the secondary axis
