How to present various sets of data

I am trying to determine the best way to present my data set.

I have my sheet consisting of 2 quarter’s worth of data.

However, I just want to find a solution for one quarter and apply this to the other quarter

I would like to show 167 reporters (A3 down) data in a chart to show how much work they did before 9 days (C3 down) and after 9 days (E3 down), and then include the data from Cell G3 down.

What does anyone recommend? Should I present this in a table and group it by percentages? I.e. 30 reporters worked before 9 days within a category of 41-50%?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated
