Power Pivot Question

I am working on a new Power Pivot report and I could use some advice. I have two data tables I am joining with 2 other reference tables. My data tables contain "Cost" in one and "Hours" in the other. I would like to only display hours for intersections with cost. You will see my question in the attached file.

Not sure what you are after.

Something like attached? See two measures created in the PowerPivot data model.

Though normally, I'd recommend denormalizing data in PQ, into Star Schema model. For ease of analysis and to avoid ambiguity in relationships.
