Hi guys,
I am having an issue to visualize my data in excel via conditional formatting (heat map).
Horizontal axis: week.
Vertical axis: individual entity that I want to track their weekly progression.
Measure: categorical measure (0,1,10,30,60,90, and 100)
There are 2 rules I want to apply to the coloring:
1. one category, one color. For example, 1 is light blue; 10 is dark blue; 30 is darker blue.
2. When one entity got stuck in one category longer than a certain threshold, the color goes to red.
a. the complexity comes from setting the threshold for each of the categories. Each has different threshold.
I have no issue with rule number one because it is a traditional conditional formatting, but is it even possible to apply the second rule?
In the attachment, I am using "if week5 equals to week4, 3, and 2, then showing -1 as a category." Then I just highlight -1 as red. This way, I can set one single threshold for all categories. But any way to set different thresholds for different categories?
Please refer to the attachment. Is this even possible? Thank you in advance for the help.
