Excel 365 y axis zero gridline color

I'm switch from Excel 2010 where this was easy. My default line chart has major grid lines for the y axis. I've added those and set the color, but when the chart object is not selected, the gridline at zero is nearly invisible compared to the others. How do I make all the gridlines have the same color and appearance?
