How to Customise the calibre value in the Y Axis

Hi,

I have three sets of data: volumn of Flash, Bridge, and Target. I need to stack the volumns of Flash and Bridge in a chart, aligned to right, then set the Target as a straight arrow above the stacked bar, all of these are calibred proportionally. I only need the chart to show these three calibre value in the Y axis. I do not need standard unit vertically. I have manually drawn an illustration. Can someone kindly tell me how one is able to do it in chart?

I tried myself, but I only managed to bar stack Flash and Bridge in the chart. I don't know how to add the Target above the chart as a calibre. I don't know how to only show the three volumn value on the Y axis, and how to align the bar chart on right hand.

Your picture looks like a basic stacked column chart with a few horizontal bars added to the chart. Jon Peltier shows two different techniques for adding horizontal lines to a chart here: https://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/AddLine.html I expect that one of those techniques should work for what you are trying to do.
