    CountIf Formula Returns Multiple Values (Incorrect)

    Hi Experts
    I have created an Excel table to input data for employees who take days off and have countif formulas to count how many days have been taken off and from that build a dashboard
    When I enter a leave type in the first row, its all good, but the problem starts when I add another row to the table then the problem starts

    The second-row data gets added to the first row and vice versa

    What am I doing wrong here? Can someone please help? I have attached a sample excel file

    Because the formula is the same in all rows of the table, the count will be the same. Try this in I7;

    Just noticed something else
    The SUM formula returns the incorrect results too like the other formula did

    Change the sum formula to this;
