Pivot chart does not count all colums

    Hello all subject matter experts.

I have created a pivot table that that has fields with a drop down list,
    Each column:
    Ck point 1 - ck point 2 - ch point 3 - ch point 4

Have a drop down list of three items.
On target - Potential Risk - Road block

I can't seem to create a pie chart that counts the total number number of each item.

I selected "ck point 1" and "ch point 2" and should have a pie chart that represents : 3 "On track" and 3 "Potential Risk"

Example uploaded "Graph that is not reflected. Cant seem to get it to work. Ultimately I will do the same to all the 4 colum but can't get pass the two columns.

Used a regular Table to graph not Pivot.

    Hi rogrand,

Have a look at the attached.

You can move the items around the graph to make more room if you need it.

Also, you're pivoting just values when you you should be using one of the Dimensions like 'ACTION' or 'RESPONSIBLE'.

This will give you a breakdown by the Dimension, but up to you how you use it.

    Hope this helps
