Multiple Data in one column

Hi folks,

Charts really are not my strong point on Excel. So I do hope someone can help.

I have data - 43 different reasons for something to be incorrect. I also have 8 branches who can get the items wrong.

Is there a way to get a chart (column is fine) to show for instance, Reason 1 errors in a single column, but have the column split to show how many of those total errors were for each branch?
