It mostly looks to me like a basic bubble chart. Are you familiar with creating bubble charts (https://support.office.com/en-us/art...1-c766f3e330d9 )?
As with a lot of charting questions, much of the work is getting the data in the spreadsheet. I would expect one column (x value column) with the week number, a second column (y value column) with the year, and a third column (size or z values column) that represents the "size" of the bubble. Create the chart from those three columns, then add formatting and data labels as desired.
Is there a specific part of creating this bubble chart that you are unsure how to do?

As far as the start in my example the SIZE of the bubble is determined by C, but I want the VALUE to show from col D. Also- as in the example is there as way for gradation to be automated like a
conditional format? That would really be amazing if that could be accomplished.
Thank you for your help.

I assume you are talking about the data labels here, but your sample chart did not include any data labels. To add data labels to the chart, follow the instructions here: https://support.office.com/en-us/art...2-f467c9f4eb2d To get the values in column D to be used in the data labels, follow the instructions under "Use cell values as data labels" after adding the data labels to the chart.the SIZE of the bubble is determined by C, but I want the VALUE to show from col D.
Conditional formatting of chart points is usually done with a technique like this: https://peltiertech.com/conditional-...-excel-charts/ The basic idea is to create separate columns/data series for each "gradation" that you want.is there as way for gradation to be automated like a conditional format?
i was really hoping to be able to do conditional formatting like you can with a croup of data. What would be amazing would be able to make a bar1 the color of A1, and bar2 to be the color of A2 and so on.
i found this will do it.....
