Chart, Comparing screws up % and Number

Hi Guys need your advices...

When im comparing a number and a percentage on a chart, the formatting screws up.... percentage becomes decimals and number became too many decimal places, when i do not compare them they are fine. Please advice~

You have both values on a single axis. It uses the number format of the first series, in this case numbers.
If you want numbers and percents you will need to move one series to the secondary axis. You will also need to change one of the series to Line chart to avoid the columns overlaying each other
