Manually creating a Pivot table takes approximately 10-clicks.
If there is a reporting software that allows you to:
1. Select from list of user-defined pivot reports;
2. Generate Excel Pivot table in your desktop at a Single-Click of a button?
Would you explore this software?

No. This would only be (arguably) useful if both my source data and my required pivot table layout EXACTLY matched an existing definition. Unlikely, at best.
10 clicks (not sure where that number comes from) is hardly a hardship - the process of creating a pivot table is repeated much less frequently than the interaction with it.
