You don't need any special features or packages to develop control charts. I have one that was developed from scratch. However, there are lots of templates available to jump start your effort if you search for "Excel control chart template". If you have specific data you want to analyze in an Excel file, we could help you create a control chart for it. You have to know your average, upper control limit, and lower control limit as a starting point.
