PivotTable Aggregating Incorrect Data

Hi all,

Suppose I have a pivot table with sales region (rows) and product type and year (columns).

So for instance I should see for the South Region, Grocery Sales were $### for the year 2020. Easy.

The problem is that when I go into (double click the number) South Region, Grocery Sales in 2020 I see sales are being included that are not in the Grocery Category.

Why would this be?

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
