Pivot table hide rows if all month values are NOT Empty, show if at least one BLANK.

Hello friends, Hope all is well!

I am going crazy please help.

The image here is from a pivot table.
I want to filter the row if all months are showing any values. if at least one month is blank I need it to appear.
Please help us, how can it be done?

please help us with a solution related to the pivottable, i.e. no formulas outside the pivot table, to minimize the manual adjustments.

Thank you very very much in advance

Short answer. You can't, using traditional Pivot alone.

If using traditional pivot, with Sheet Range / Table as source. You'll need to add helper column in the source table to flag when to show data and when not to.

If using Data Model based pivot. You can add calculated column and/or measure using DAX.
    1. Add calculated column. Then add it to slicer/filter for control.
    2. Add calculated column. Use that value as if condition in DAX measure. Making it return Blank() when condition not met. This will filter out data from pivot based on condition.

There are other methods. But I'd recommend that you upload sample workbook, with desensitized data.
To upload use "Go Advanced" button, follow "Manage Attachments" hyperlink. It will launch new tab/window for managing uploads.
