Show survey rating (1-10) on y axis [Pivot]

I'm looking for help with displaying survey results. I have 3 fields I'm interested in showing on a pivot table: Company Name, Comment, and Rating.

I'd like a bar graph with the vertical axis from 1-10, and the bar height should be the ranking left. I have the comments as sub fields of the companies, but some companies took the survey multiple times, and left the same comment multiple times. How do I get individual bars for each of the values left? Is there a 'sum individual' option?

Try changing the field setting of Ranking from Sum to Average.
Also the reason that company C has two x axis ranges is that the letter c in cell A8 is followed by a space.
