Histogram x-axis need to show more values for x-axis to be able to read mean, median, mode

    excel help.xlsx

Hi, can anyone help me with getting my histogram chart to show the mean, median and mode on the graph? I can't seem to change the x-axis so i can see the values once i draw in my mode lines.

    Hi,

You don't show what values you have for Mean Median & Mode. I'm presuming it's 1.30154, 1.301 & 1.301 respectively, but how do you want to represent thos three values and where?

    Hi,

My value for my mean by calculation is 1.301535, this is calculated mathematically from the 100 set of resistors from my data. The mode is 1.302 as this is the most frequent resistor value in my data.

My median is 1.3016, as this is the two middle set numbers divided by 2. i.e 1.3016 + 1.3016/2 = 1.3016

    Hope this helps?

I want to show those values on the graph by drawing a line vertically connecting to the x-axis.

    Hope this helps?

I would suggest reviewing this tutorial: http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/AddLine.html
