Need graph to show alphanumeric values as Y axis labels with Date as Z axis labels

Apologies if this has been answered on here already, but I couldn't find anything in a quick search.

Attached file Alphanumeric axis.xlsx shows monthly performance against twenty four possible Grades (Levels 1 - 8, each with of "A" "B" and "C" subgrades).

I assigned numeric values to each Grade and produced the Performance Graph.

The vertical axis lists the range of numeric values. But I want it to show the 24 Grades as the labels.

And on the Horizontal axis, I want it to show only the Date.

Any guidance - and ideally solutions - will be appreciated.

Many thanks for the prompt solution. Graph is almost exactly what I need.

I have to work out how to change the discrete orange squares with a single "line", but the quick concern is with the "Add On"

Would every user need it on their PCs? Could be a problem if they aren't allowed to change any programmes on their machines.
