Exclamation How to show all X-axis labels on excel graph

    Help needed!

I am trying to show all of the x-axis label when I copy and paste the graph from Excel to Powerpoint, however, everytime I copy and paste it over, only every second x-axis label shows up on Powerpoint.

Can anyone tell me why and how to fix it please???

    Cheers

I am assuming the setting for the number of of catgory labels between tickmarks is being overridden.

You could try removing the Auto Scale setting for the chart area, which will stop the font resizing.

Otherwise you may need to reset the property after the chart is copied.
