Showing rank on Two different Categories in Pivot Table

I am having set of sales data with one column ranking according to the performance of Region & Salesmen. The pivot table is showing the ranking in respect of salesmen correctly. However, the ranking for the Region is being shown as the total of the ranks of the salesmen. How do I correct this? I need the rank of the Regions should be shown as in the Data Table and not the sum of the ranks of salesmen. The sample file having the data is attached with this post. Please help. Thanks and Regards.!!!

You cannot add it into values box in the pivot table. Add it on rows, go to Design - Subtotals do now show, Report layout - tabular.
