Set LOWER axis limit in Dynamic Chart

Hello friends!

I am using dynamic charts. While Excel automatically makes the upper axis a little higher than the largest number, unfortunately it starts at zero. If my range of data is 450-625, I don't want the chart to show 0-700, rather, I'd like the start number to be approximately the same distance below the smallest number as the distance from the largest number to the highest axis value. So the range might be 400-700 for example.

Is there a way to do this dynamically?

You would have to use VBA to control scale limits using your own values rather than the automatic ones.
