find the lower and upper limit if data is in between on that limit

Hi,

Given the 2 column of assorted data, Age and Weight. I need a formula to find the age of a given weight.

Example:
weight Age (answer in formula)
4 8
8.5 4-5
6.75 2-3

Table Given:

Age weight
1 3
2 5
3 7
4 8
5 9
6 11
7 15
8 20
--------------------
