How to calculate YoY & MoM

Hi, I need help calculating
- Which months have the greatest improve YoY?
- Which months in 2019 have the greatest improvement MoM?

How would you interpret the MoM and YoY results; what factors may influece the incline or decline of lead/sales in 2019?
