Clusters with stacked and unstacked bars

Hi, I need to set up a graphic of 3 clusters (per Month) and each will have two stacked bars and 1 regular (unstacked bar).
I tried to do this and almost worked but when I added the single bar, the rest is just messed up.
Can someone help me fixing this?
