Add Percentage in Graph

Hello,

I have a graph to make but i am unable to add percentage in the graph.

eg: John had 13429 salary in April 2020 last month. ( shown in Case B)
This month his salary was decreased to 301. ( shown in case A)

I want a stacked graph showing Case B and Case A together. with percentage written in between.

I have attached a sample.
