I need a graph that shows percentage of a whole, but also the percentage of individual seg

Hey everyone,

I hope I can describe this well. Bascially I have a group of people that have to generate a certain amount in a year. But I also want to see how they are doing on a month to month basis (maybe even week to week, but let's start with month to month). So the grand total they will be generating is 1078 which means each month they need to produce 89.83. Can anyone think of a graph that can show me the percentage that the person is reaching towards the 1078 but the segments can also show me how they are doing compared to the 89.83?

I agree that progress towards an annual total isn't super helpful, but unfortuantly its the way our upper management wants to do things. I was doing a bar / line graph format that seems somewhat helpful (though it would be nice if I can get the percentage diffrence between the points. The only problem is that it doesn't show me the comparison to the entire year.

Actually now that I think about it, I can use that same graph, just add a grand total column, the only peoblem is that I need to get those last two columns on to a secondary axis. I think I'm close... not sure....
