Hello Helpers,
I have a GIGANTIC workbook used to track diverse and local spend by P.O. on projects I work on. The workbook has been up and running for about a year and a half, and has worked great...unti this month, where I've encountered an error on the summary pivot table at the front end of the workbook (this is the report I give the client each month.) Sadly, I cannot upload the workbook--it's very large. I'm hoping someone can help solve my problem from the screen shots and descriptions/explanation below. If you work with PowerPivot in Excel, please take a look!! Thanks in advance for any support you can offer.
First screenshot: here is the pivot table that contains the summary data by month. As you can see, this table no longer has a "January," but it does have a row called ;:|34. Last month, it was January, but this month it isn't.
Second screenshot: when I drill in on the pivot table to see the underlying data, I can see that it contains the January data.
Third & Fourth Screenshots: I check the pivot table fields, and see the error shows up there (note the popup showing months - between February and July is ;|34, which should be January. Assuming the error is in my underlying data, I checked the calendar table created when I first set this up. It looks fine to me.
If anyone has any ideas to help me troubleshoot this issue, I'm all ears!
Thanks,
Kirstin
