Graph Intervals and Percentage help

Hello all,

This one is kinda of hard to explain what I am looking for, so I hope the attached picture helps. To sum it up I have a range of cells that the graph will read off. A1 will always be zero. H1 will reference a number from another cell (this represents 100%), and O1 will be 150% of H1 value. Between A1 and H1 I have 6 cells that need to have the intervals in between. Between H1 and O1 will be another 6 cells with intervals between numbers. So the only cell that will ever be changed would be H1 and all the rest of the number are calculated off that one number. I am attaching 2 pictures to hopfully illustrate what I need. Thanks in advance for any advice on how to accomplish this.

Please upload the workbook. Pictures are rarely of any use when we need to work with the data.

In addition manually add the results you expect and ensure you mention which the results are.

Everything works great except 1 part. What can I use in S49 to return L49 at 150% of its value? Everything works if I enter a number in S49, but I would like it to auto calculate this number based off L49. Example: If L49 is 50, return 75 in S49. Thank you so much thus far. I'm almost there.
