Data transform to graph

Both charts look like basic XY scatter charts.

For the second chart:
1) Select G2:H23 -> Insert Scatter chart.
2) Excel's default behavior will be to use the left column (column G) for the Xvalues and the right column(s) for the Y values, so go into the Select data dialog and switch the X and Y values.

The procedure for the first chart is the same, except that all your data entries are text strings, so you will need to edit them to change them to real numbers.
