Pivot Table Weekday Slicer

I seek your assistance please guys as I am not that expert with PivotTables in Excel.

Referring to this file. Year Weeks.xlsx (I am sorry, I did not find an option to upload the file here).

There is a pivot table that I got 3 issues with it:

It is sorted based on the “Week#” field and I want it sorted based on “Date” field.

I was to create a slicer that enables me to choose from the weekdays, for instance, choosing, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, so, it filter for me the list.

I have activated the option to “Preserving cell formatting on update” in the “Layout & Format” tab in the PrivotTable Options, yet, whenever I changed the value of cell A1 to be 2020 and refresh my PivotTable, I got unformatted cell after the PivotTable cells, I want to preserve the original formatting always.
