Slicer Duplicates The Same Year

The slicer on the sheet reports duplicates the same year 2020.

How can I fix this?

Change the formula in Year column in your data to =YEAR([@[Comp. Date]]), then change the number format of the column to General.

I did that. Then the year looks as 1905. (I did format year column as General)

Go to cell J2, press F2 and hit enter. Copy down to the last row.

I found the solution.

That year column is unnecessary.

I deleted that and grouped the pivot table by Years.
