How to get visitor visits count from visitor log

I'm guessing this is pretty simple, but I don't know what terms to search for.

I have a worksheet with a visitor log:

I need to generate a table with the number of visits for each visitor, like this:

Name Visits
Mike 4
Bob 1
Sue 2
Fred 3
Alice 1
Brian 1
Sean 1
Bill 1
Mary 1
Tom 1
Abby 1
Jeff 1

I assume this would be some kind of pivot table, but I can't figure out how to create it.
