Hi,
I have a list of 1500+ employees and all i have is their start dates and end dates.
I am to prepare a summary of all employees bandwise and month wise for the year 2020.
I am trying to follow the formula below, but in vain. Any help in this regard will be much appreciated.

Delete the #N/A values in column F and use:
=SUMPRODUCT(--('Main List'!$F$3:$F$1839=Summary!$B4),--('Main List'!$D$3:$D$1839<=Summary!C$3)*(('Main List'!$E$3:$E$1839="")+('Main List'!$E$3:$E$1839>=EOMONTH(Summary!C$3,0))))
Largely unchecked thanks to the MASSIVE sample (10-20 rows is PLENTY).
